How long will it be before I get my Product?

So I bought the A300 BelugaST ON THE LINE in USD. I bought it yesterday at 1PM (PST) and I still haven't gotten anything. 

 

 

Does anyone know how long it'll take before I get my Product?

Have you checked your account page? Assuming nothing has gone sideways on the site, the download link and code will be there.

I have checked my account page... Several times, they put a hold on my Credit Card so the payment has to be pending.. but its nearly been 24 hours! I should have gotten an email/text about my product. Which I haven't.

 

I tried to contact them last night (12 hours ago) and they still haven't gotten back to me yet

 

 

I literally dont know what to do.

This will be dealt with the team. We cannot do anything if you payment has not been processed. If your Credit Card is on hold, I would wait for that to clear. Team will respond to your ticket ASAP.
