Danko Posted Monday at 09:18 AM Posted Monday at 09:18 AM At the moment with so many WASM crashes airplane is not usable in fs2024 for soo many people. Is there any feedback from IniBuilds about urgent hotfix or rollback to 1.0.1? If there is no fix today, there should be rollback to previous version. It is not an option for prodict with this price to simply wait weekly patching to be usable.
felipeturbay Posted Monday at 01:10 PM Posted Monday at 01:10 PM Yep, for me i will make a pause of using this plane after two crashes one after the other… 1
MPO910 Posted Monday at 01:35 PM Posted Monday at 01:35 PM Yep......3 out of 3 aready.....and everytime before takeoff.....no funl 1
D Dragon Posted Monday at 01:39 PM Posted Monday at 01:39 PM (edited) For reference, I have been flying the v1.02 A350 without any significant issues (other than pilot error) since it was released, and I am cursed with some of the weirdest bugs in MSFS 2024. I would recommend the following to give the A350 the best chance of working: Use the MSFS 2024 beta build even after the release of SU1 - it's probably a good idea to stick with the beta build at least through SU2, as there are still numerous issues with the sim at this point. Completely delete the A350 WASM folder contents - this is critical. Update to V1.02 only after you have deleted the WASM folder contents. Do an initial instantiation of the aircraft on a runway and let the aircraft systems initialize before ending the flight (or just take off - hey, you're already on the runway!) Hopefully these steps will make the plane flyable for you - I feel like if it can work on my very problematic MSFS 2024 install, it can probably work anywhere. Edited Monday at 01:39 PM by D Dragon 1
haza2 Posted Monday at 01:45 PM Posted Monday at 01:45 PM Have you guys reported back the crash reports by any chance? We would be grateful if you could please. Kindest.
Swisspilot1986 Posted Monday at 01:45 PM Posted Monday at 01:45 PM That's a nice effort thank you Dragon, but I think like Danko it's not our role as paying customers to make this kind of hypothetic repairing process by our own. I wish an official communication instead with a improving timeline. Inibuilds has proven they are proficient in marketing and communication before lauching the A350, so I expect the same in terms of after sales service.

I believe Inibuilds is striving for great after sale service. The A350 has been out 13 days (including weekends), in that time it has received two major updates including 170 fixes and the team is hard at work behind the scenes making it even better. We appreciate everyone's business and want you to enjoy the products fully!

Kindest. No, I didn´t and honestly, I do not want to report so many crash reports. I want to use my purchased product without this many issues and just fly. My Displays and all controls freezed while just turning to the right entering the runway or also during pushback using GSX and clicking Checklist Button to open my Before Takeoff checklist. While entering runways I did not click anything, only used the tiller to turn right 31L OMAA OMAA/31L N0490F390 KANI2U KANIP N318 LAKLU G216 ALPOR M504 TELEM A791 ARIVO/N0484F410 A791 SEBMA Q19 CEA B465 CTG A599 LINSO/K0891S1250 A599 POU R473 SIERA SIER7A VHHH/07L WASM Folders where cleared before I reinstalled the product, because when updating, performance is repeatingly worse then when I uninstall and reinstall completely. Before uninstalling I delete WASM Uninstall A350 Install A350 Run the sims and choose a light airport to let the files compile and then my performance is 10 to 15 FPS better as when updating (without FrameGen I get 55 to 60 when performance is good, when JUST updating your product AND clear WASM before the updateprocess I get 40 to 45 FPS) wich is strange. But in MSFS2024 and MSFS2020 now this A350 gets in the hangar till the next update.1 @iniBuilds Please te responsibilty for this release. I am a SCRUM Master and AGile Coach from profession and I know what I am talking about. But this release is in no way properly tested! Tons of "fixes" which in my case made the product WORSE and increases instabilty. That is not the right way guys/girls! I have respect for your efforts, but I also want to see inibuilds making a official statement on this "release". The product is unusable atm Edited Monday at 02:17 PM by MPO910 1
Danko Posted Monday at 02:22 PM Author Posted Monday at 02:22 PM (edited) @D Dragon Tnx for the efort. But, there is no SU1 beta any more (You had to update after release of SU1), everything is done as instructed by Inibulds. This is official support forum, and IniBuilds support is nowere arround. Point is.... Where is Inibuilds communication. Does this meen we cant use this product for one more week? @haza2 sorry but to release something broken and then talk about commitment with fixing 170 bugs over 2 weeks is not something to talk about. We have posted reports all over this forum with console log and everything. And like @MPO910 said, there are more then enaught reports... it is not ok to dismiss customer complaint with that argument when there are already reported issues. Edited Monday at 02:24 PM by Danko

This is a forum intended for members and staff to assist where they can. We have a direct support (Contact – iniBuilds Store) line where you are guaranteed a reply so yes there is support. We have not abandoned anything. Any reports posted with logs have been taken into account and most likely already fixed. No one is dismissing customer complaints at all. We are taking all feedback, both constructive and even the not constructive. Thanks 2 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Thanks @Eddie By all respect, I do think inibuilds need to make an official statement by so many issues and a paid product which is not usable in FAR over 50% of the use. I respect you and your company and trusted to buy, but I did not expected this. Yes, my expectations are my responsibilty, but the product remains inibuilds. I think it is time to make a public announcement. This release and "taste" your (inibuilds) customers get WILL have influence on your next products. I think inibuilds need to avoid a bigger negative impact Thanks in advance 2
xe_operator Posted Monday at 02:50 PM Posted Monday at 02:50 PM Take a look at this thread. So far so good for me. Can anyone else confirm? .

And when you have full first page of support forum with same kind of issue, there should be immidiate response. Or something like Known Issues Section with action items from Inibuilds. You say "most likely already fixed"... so will there be a hotfix, or we need to stop using your product for one more week?
Eddie Posted Monday at 02:56 PM Posted Monday at 02:56 PM If the product is unusable for you and you have reported the issues you are experiencing and tried all trouble-shooting steps we provide; I see no other way for you to use it until we fix said issues. I do not claim anything is enough. I understand its extremely frustrating. The team is very much hard at work on squashing these very very annoying WASM crashes and are hopeful we'll have them resolved soon. You are not ignored. You are heard. Our community team isn't very large so we cannot give an immediate response to a post as we monitor both our Discord and this forum, but we try. I again ask for your patience, which I know is something you are reluctant on giving and understandably so, but we are working on it, I promise. Thank you 1 2 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Tnx for the effort @xe_operator. I'm just not ready to invest time in that so maaaybe it will not freeze in 3rd hour of flight. There should be official response to this issues. 1
