WASM Not Cleared prior to Update

So what's the status of my A350 if I did not clear WASM prior to updating the latest version?  How can I recover from that?  Can I just clear WASM after installing?  I am having issues so want to eliminate that as a potential cause.

Appears to be some confusion - different sources offering conflicting advice - some say, clear the WASM folder after installing the update and a new folder is automatically regenerated when the aircraft is reloaded. However, there is a highlighted note on the iniBuilds installer page which says, "clear the A250 WASM folder prior to installing any update"

simple solution is to uninstall/ reinstall doesn't take long, make sure all folders are deleted as well some will stay behind
