Seems like some features relating to oceanic ops didnt make the cutoff for release, as CMS and RTA are also INOP.

Also, small sample set so far but every flight I've done the plane disregards cost index and just cruises at .85 Mach

yes, not working on 1.1.16, tested yesterday, any plan for fix this please Ini Team? its esencial for oceanic routes and vital for simulation  inmersion...
