Hello!

I bought the A350 today. I'm playing on FS2020.

Unfortunately, the plane cannot be operated.

I have the following problem:
It doesn't matter whether I start on the runway or at the gate in the cold and dark state. The buttons in the cockpit just don't work. I have no way to operate the buttons. There are a few buttons such as the call buttons in the overhead panel that work. However, I can't even turn on the battery switches, start the APU or start the Engines.

If I move the mouse pointer over a button, it should theoretically change from the arrow symbol to this hand symbol. But he doesn't do that. It's like the buttons don't even exist.

I can't make any entries in the MCDU either because the buttons don't work.

However, the plane can be controlled very easily. I can fly it with the joystick. However, don't operate any buttons in the cockpit.

I hope there is someone who also had this problem and was able to solve it. I would definitely be grateful.

I noticed if a couple of times in FS20. It's a known bug. Easy fix is just restart the flight.

Escape, main screen and then hit restart on the Sim.

are you sure to not have install the aircraft meant for MSFS 2024 into the 2020 Community folder

Thank you for the answer!

Yes, I'm sure, because I uninstalled and installed it again (twice). And it still doesn't work.

When I try to press any button or switches, there is just no click-spot!

When I start my flight on the runway, I can fly with my Joystick, and the plane flies very well!

Here is a link to a Video I made to show you! Unfortunately, the Video is too big to upload it here!

Damuzl did you find a fix, mine is doing the same thing. I believe it has something to do with the game being installed on a different drive. I’m having the same issue even after the update. Plane works fine on 2020 but no buttons work on 24
