Bob57 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Good evening everyone, I have a question about throttle calibration for the A350 in FS2020. I'm using the Thrustmaster Airbus combo, and it works perfectly with every aircraft—FBW, PMDG, TFDI, 737 Max, all iniBuilds Airbuses, etc.—except for the A350. Thrust reverse works fine, then idle, but the engines remain in reverse (visually). Applying just a little bit of thrust, and it immediately jumps to a minimum of 50%. So my question is: which throttle setting should I use? The normal axis or the one with (0-100%)? Second question: What sensitivity settings do you guys use? I’d really appreciate your tips! Thanks in advance.
Tripdog87 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Several YT videos have reported to use the regular AXIS and not the AXIS (0-100%). I use the regular AXIS and did not have any issues calibrating my throttles. 1
Tripdog87 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Sensitivity settings are at your discretion but inibuilds have stated that they recommend a linear setting (no curve or dampening). I say “at your discretion” for two main reasons. 1. Not all of us has the same equipment and 2. It is considering what state your controls and or hardware is in, in general. I can tell you that I have 6-7 year old Logitech Rudder Pedals that have taken a beating over the years so I do put a negative cure in the rudder (-0.40/-0.40) and that’s just do to the fact that I need to get me better rudder pedals eventually. Hope this helps Captain, happy flying. 1

This makes mct, toga and climb have very small jumps in throttle, and going up to 70% N1 whilst taxiing. 1
