ekosif Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Hello, I am getting 'ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH)' error when I try to set BTV even though I have Navigraph subscription and it is not showing the airport thus unable to select BTV and see the airport map during taxi to gate. I have tried this on couple of airports, one of them is Munich (EDDM) but no luck. I can see the airport map during taxi to runway before take off, but not for landing.
Moritz Dücker Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Hey, i‘m getting the Same massage. Not able to test BTV yet. Using MSFS2024 with SU1.
SAS274 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Same. I checked in the options and Lido is selected as default charts, not navigraph.

Hm, checking further, i came across this page: Seems like navigraph subscription is required for this to work ? I was under the impression from all the videos that in 2024 you can use the integrated Lido charts for that.
Tc24 Posted March 3 Posted March 3 (edited) Is your EFIS in plan mode? This message appeared for me but when I put the EFIS in plan mode my landing airport ANF did load. Edited March 3 by Tc24

Mentioned on the store page, streams and differences chart we put out. Once you have ANF, you can use it for BTV via exit selection. If you don't have a Navigraph subscription, you can still use BTV via manual distance entry. Guide is here, see 2. You may need to manually load the airport if you're too far from it. Sometimes going out of ZOOM mode and back can help re-cycle it as well. programador7003 Posted March 4 Posted March 4 (edited) After 8 hours of flight, I have the same problem. On the departure airport all has been good, but now ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH). MSFS2020. V1.0.1. CYVR airport. Edited March 4 by programador7003 1
johnt.gore Posted March 4 Posted March 4 +1 for this issue. Departed EGLL using ANF without issue. Preparing arrival and getting the same message. Navigraph subscriber using Navigraph charts on the Terminal Charts tab of the OIS.
ekosif Posted March 4 Author Posted March 4 I found a work around for this issue.. Before explaining it, let me summarize the issue again. I have Navigraph subscription and ANF function is working before take off. There is no issue with it. BUT, after take off and climb, when I switch to PLAN mode and zoom in to set the BTV function, it was giving this error. Again, it is working before take off during taxi from gate to runway. For the work around, after get in the cockpit in the cold and dark situation, I wake the plane up and directly check the OIS settings. If it shows the current airac version then it is good to go. But sometimes, even though I logged in with Navigraph subscription, it is showing QR code to log in. If I continue like this, I am able to access the charts and ANF before take off but not not BTV or destination airport. Therefore, when I see the QR code there, I am just going back to main menu and start the flight again. With this way, it seems it is logged in again without doing anything and all the systems are working. Hope I could explain.
