How to load weather/atis into ATC/COM page

HI guys, can you please explain how to get the metar/taf and atis information on ATC/COM page on FMS. Is the aircraft need to be connected to an online service like vatsim, hoppie or anything elese. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

You need a Hoppie Account.

If you request the weather and the airport is online, you’ll get an ATIS. 
If the airport is offline, you’ll get a default METAR
