ipaolosan Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Hi it's possible to ask for a refund? this plane doesn't work in msfs2024, and if you say that I need of SU1 beta of Sim to work, I don't want update my sim. So please there is a procedure to ask for a refund? Regards Paolo 3 2
Matteo Spacca Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Aircraft works fine in MS2024. Update to SU1 beta takes literally 2 mouse clicks and you can only benefits from the bug fixes. When SU1 will drop you will be opted out ftom the beta automatically and have te latest official build. The A350 has few bugs but the guys at inibuild have always been pretty darn quick to fix important issues and in the mean time MS2024 will make progress and become more stable. If I were you I'll give it a try 3
Xzorsist Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Aircraft works fine in 24. Not sure that any claim for a refund would warrant on the fact you do not want to install SU1 when there is a big banner on the website warning you about the need to have it, that's like buying a car and then claiming you want a full refund because you don't have a licence to drive it. IMHO SU1 has a good raft of improvements for 2024 without considering the A350 so I'd recommend getting it anyway regardless of the outcome of your refund request. 1
ipaolosan Posted February 27 Author Posted February 27 Guys, if you look in this forum, I'm reading only problems even on SU1 beta on msfs24, so the problem it's also the plane not only the sim. IMHO it's full of bugs. 5

babamite Posted March 5 Posted March 5 OP asked for the procedure to be refunded. Everyone responds that he must endure the bad product he doesn't want and nobody shares the refund procedure... So, what is the procedure ? I want a refund too.
SUB750T Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Agreed, for $105 cad HAVING THIS BAD PRODUCT i ALSO DEMAND A REFUND! You can't push this crap on your customers inibuilds.

Tripdog87 Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Some items do need to be ironed out yes both aesthetically and internally. However I hold short of pointing the blame at developers alone as this has just as much to do with the simulator and dealing with a “beta” build. As for a refund well, if you can get it will you be sure to tell a certain developer I spent $80+ on a MD-11 that as of March 5 still don’t have the PW variant. Or another developer that have cashed in easily over $1500 on over the course of 10 years that non of their product is compatible yet in FS24. Point I make here is this stuff takes time mate, we’ve seen one update so far with this bird from ini. I think you would absolutely have a point if we were 5-6 updates in and the plane was in this state yes. And please don’t take this the wrong way, I to have my concerns and have put in a ticket already about the issues with the flaps. Hang in there Captain, don’t throw in the towel just yet! 👨✈️
Eddie Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Hi, We normally do not do refunds as you can imagine it's hard to refund a digital product. We can't really retract the files from your system 🙂 You can try to submit a request at https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact The team has been hard at work fixing any issue that is reported to us. We plan on rolling out regular updates and have some great things planned for this bird both in the near future and the distant future! We are super excited to share more in due time. We obviously want to squash all issues that are currently present first. Thank you for your patience and our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you have endured so far. 3 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

(I myself am not complaining about this in particular, I have it installed, but many have not) 1 13900K@5.6GHZ | RTX4090 | 32GB | DDR5 | Honeycomb A B | Virpil Stick Collective | TPR pedals | Saitek Panels | X Touch Mini | Varjo Aero | Wacom Tablet | 34" Monitor | JBL LX44 speakers | SPAD.next | Navigraph | Skydemon
walouigi Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Same here, the A350 is not working in 2024, I also have requested a refund, this is unacceptable product, for the price it worth. With the update installed for both the sim and the aircraft, it is worse now. And no other aircraft at all, Fenix, FBW, B787, B747. I would also ask for a refund period.
Eddie Posted March 6 Posted March 6 See my comment above regarding refund(s). I understand the frustration, I genuinely do. I wouldn't want to deal with WASM crashes either. We are working as fast as we can to address every issue that is reported to us. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. It isn't fun. But we are doing our best to fix.
