Just launched in at my local airport (YPAD) and initially noticed the gear was clipping the ground, and maingear was tilted as if flying (not sure if related) but upon entering the flight deck i enabled the external power, got nothing, and then turned on the battery switches, but got no power whatsoever. Tried clicking around where the gpu connects to the plane, externally, to see if it was something in there with no luck. Couldnt see any tablet in the cockpit either to set the state. also of note is that the RAT generator was deployed upon walk around. Im on the SU1 beta.

Sorry if this is obvious, i havent had time to watch the intro videos. anyone else have this issue?

Did you solve this, having the same issue 😕

Just tried again with the inibuild livery, and plane worked, then loaded in with the white (the liv i had when i had the issue) and that was ok too. so maybe a mystery bug

I had the issue where I couldn't turn on EXT power so nothing would work, just had to load out and in a few times for it to work.

I had the same issue a couple of times. I found out that it could be related to a combination of airport scenery and the livery. Switching the livery helped sometimes

I noticed that when the beacon light is set to ON, the GPU is automatically removed and if the APU is off, the OIS turns black (even if the option manual GPU removal is selected in the menu). To call back the GPU, you have to switch on the OIS view offside button to get the OIS menu back again (MSFS 2020 version).

yeh i got that too (msfs2024), although i got it when the plane was launching normally, unlike the issue in my original post

FYI, this weird behavior seems intentional, it happens in the 2020 version, and when I found that, I checked the A320 and it does the same thing! For now, just remember to not turn the beacon on til you have the APU online 🙂

hmm, i guess in fairness you should have the apu on to start (as would of been the case if we were using our checklist lol), and the beacon is to signify starting, although i doubt in the real world the gpu would just cut out so abruptly

I guess in the real world, the GPU has to be removed before the beacon is set to on, since this shows the plane is ready for pushback. And a pushback with the GPU connected is not possible.

Clear WASM Cache, for example MSFS 2020: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350, and restart the sim. Worked for me.

Ive noticed after each of the recent updates, it appears to be the FIRST launch of the 900 after each update, but then, for myself at least, no other flights. I have been deleting the wasm folder before each update too
