displays frozen, buttons not working

I just had this issue for the first time in MSFS2020, just as I arrived at the gate after a 9h flight. This is my first flight on the new update after following the steps of deleting the WASM folder mentioned in the update notes. Screens are frozen apart from the EFB, buttons can be interacted with but do not have any effect. I was about to go through with shutting down the plane but turning off the master switches do nothing.

I also have to report an issue with frozen cockpit in A350-1000 MSFS2020 with BA Livery from iniBuild Manager. To me it happens (reproducibly) when I activate the C/L page. The cursors in the lower display (X or O ) remain in their position and nothing in the cockpit working except the OIS.

Think I’m having the same problem here. Switches are not animating or moving in flightdeck but are working. Not sure if during cruise or after pause at TOD. Defo a problem

Just purchased today, loaded up the aircraft, went to settings in the EFB and scanned the QR code for Navigraph and now everything is frozen. I went to re-start so I could figure out the problem and I hit shift+C bar to get into cockpit and am frozen again. I just spent $70.00 of my hard earned money and this thing doesn't even work. Upset is hardly the word I would use for how I feel right now. No answers in any forums. Going to ask for refund.

Are you on FS2020 or 24? If 24, have you opted into the SU1 beta? You must be on SU1 for 2024. This is indicated on the store page.

• Power up as per normal
• Taxi Out
• Given SYD3 Departure off 16R
• Departed and through 1000ft, AP on, right turn to HDG 245
• Through 1000 I brought the throttles back to CLB and as soon as I did that WASM crashed.
• Have done multiple flights in the -900, couldn't even make it to 1500ft in the 1000

Same issue here. Managed to complete 2 flights to date but yesterday I was flying KIAD-EGLL and just as I was crossing the Welsh coast all my displays froze and had to give up. I didn’t even interact with the aircraft, all I did was check the destination METAR in the native MSFS EFB. I use MSFS 2024 with the latest SU1 Beta and Navigraph.
 

Super frustrating, I’ll ground this aircraft until this is fixed but definitely expected more considering how much you charge for it.

Another WASM crash easily reproducible 

 

To reproduce

• Load at Gate International 32
• Power up as per normal
• Taxi Out
• Given SYD3 Departure off 16R
• Departed and through 1000ft, AP on, direct CAWLY
• Go into the FIX page and add a fix called ENTRY (without any pilot entered waypoint called that) Boom, WASM crash. Forgot to create a waypoint for ETOPS entry and referenced it in the FIX page before I created it.

Hi iniBuilds Team,

I have the same issue. Suddenly the glass cockpit just freezes but the plane is still moving and is responding to control inputs but in a very unrealistic way, like a toy plane. This happened at the time of climbing to cruise altitude. I was in the middle of a flight and the glass cockpit suddenly froze. But weirdly OIS was working fine. I have MSFS 2024, SU1 Beta installed.

Looking forward for a hotfix soon.

iniBuilds – what is going on? How can you release a plane in this state? This needs an urgent fix. When can we expect a patch?

Agree, I haven't been able to do a full flight with this.

I did one flight yesterday without any problems, but there were a few massive stutters as I was approaching WSSS with the Cathay livery. I think this is more to do with the sim. I will do another medium haul and check how it goes. But after the new aircraft update, it seems to be working fine so far with MSFS2024 SU1.

Till now I did not have any issues with wasm. But ater update (wasm clear before update, restart...) I can not have single flight without systems freez.

This didn't happen to me with the beta, but since they updated the simulator, the entire simulator has frozen twice and once the screens and buttons have frozen. I don't dare to fly it anymore because it doesn't give me any confidence. I don't have any confidence that I'll be able to complete my flight. I hope they fix it because I see that it's a massive problem and it's not fair with the price we've paid.
