  1. displays frozen, buttons not working

    I'm having the same problems as everyone on this thread. After pushback from the gate, I turn on TCAS and begin taxing to the runway for departure. Then everythig suddenly freezes, no button works and the displays don't work. I've seen many people say it happens after pressing the video button but I never pressed that butten yet it happens still.
