How do I get support for LPMA MSFS2024?

Featured Replies

Hi,

How do I get support for Atelic LPMA MSFS2024? The direct support link in the LPMA product in inimanager directs me here. The scenery is completed broken. Who would pay money for this garbage?? Please see screenshots.

Hello,

Sorry to hear your experiencing issues! Please try clearing your scenery indexes and try again. It obviously shouldn't look that way.

To do that locate your folder by following the path below:
MSFS 2020

Quote

MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes
Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes

MSFS 2024

Quote

MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes
Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\SceneryIndexes

Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS.

This should solve the issue.

I have the same issue;  clearing scenery indexes doesn't help.

Same issue on the MSFS2020 LOWI also by Inibuilds that still persists to this day yet in 2024 it’s great except for the general MSFS2024 issues.

odd... i flew to LPMA (2024) last week with no issues, but last night, I crashed twice due to this issue...Pics above exactly what I saw last night. I had previously deleted MSFS LPMA so don't have a conflict.

CORRECTION: I DID uninstall LPMA, but from 2020 edition.  And I flew in there after installing MSFS2024 but without uninstalling LPMA in 2024.  So all good now.  The scenery is fine now!

Hello Pierre, go to the marketplace, search for Madeira. You should have 2, the Atelic one and the default one. Disable the default and restart MSFS. It should work. (it did for me)

Ok Thanks for the Help and Quick answer. I Will try to morrow. And Will let you know.
