I recently tried a flight from VHHH to ZBAA, and I found that the SID & STAR waypoints aren't correct, after selecting any procedure in those two airports (and I assume there should be many more), I observed many long legs on ND, and I can check from MCDU that some waypoints are 6000+nm from the route. I also tried to manually build the procedures, and some waypoints can't be found.

I normally use Navigraph navdata, but I've checked that the same problem exists with Navigraph navdata removed.

There are issues with addon airports and the LIDO/Navigraph database.
I believe you are using a 3rd party VHHH. IN this case go to the community folder and add an "A" in front of the name of the scenery folder.
This will solve your issue. Note that this trick doesn't work for all 3rd party airports SID/STARS
