broken(non-working) A310

a couple of days ago, I downloaded MSFS for the A310 (since the X-plane license is not open) and I see that the plane is broken. The plane started up only once, after which it was always broken. I deleted the community, I reinstalled the plane, and the result is the same 😕image.thumb.png.398ac24d99cccc13fd7efa3e70ef468f.png

The A310 quit working for me on Christmas Day. Battery switches do nothing. Ext Power switch lights but it doesn’t start the aircraft systems. It’s very weird because I am getting the same behavior with the A310 in MSFS 2024.
I installed MSFS 2024 on Christmas Day and I believe there was an update for MSFS 2020 also.

nothing works for me, although the plane is controlled and flying when loading on the runway. the error is very similar to the error from X-Plane 11. I also can't set settings or adjust the throttle on my tablet.

An interesting moment! The aircraft works perfectly in the tasks. can I refer to the incompatibility of 4k textures?image.thumb.png.0387de4b3ea7f0e8cfd9a7b08456033a.png

Hi all,

The team is aware and investigating the issue.

It appears to be effecting both MSFS2020 and 2024 versions of the A310. For the moment we suspect its related to the latest AIRAC cycle that went live on 26th Dec, as that is the only variable that changed in this time.

Thanks!

Please try loading into the aircraft now and see if you're still having the issues. Some of our testers reported the issue is no longer happening as of today.

We believe it may have been related to the validity date format of this particular AIRAC cycle - the end date (23 Jan 2025) going into another year at the time this was initially reported (2024). However, now that we're in the same year, the issue is seemingly no longer occurring.

We would appreciate if others could confirm the same.

Thanks!
