CTD immidiatly after loading the A300

Hi,

I installed the MSFS2024 version, it loads well and looks good but as soon as I change the view (going forward or backwards in the cockpit MSFS2024 freezes and I have to cut the task to get out of it and restart.

It does this every time, so unable to fly.

I have deleted it, cleared the cache, reinstalled it and again...same problem.

Also I installed the DHL livery, wich is not showing up in the menu.

Hi,

Apologies for delayed response. Please see the below and let us know the results.

A) If you're using FSUIPC7

- Navigate to the fsuipc-lvar-module folder, installed into the Community folder by FSUIPC installer.
- Edit the FSUIPC_WASM.ini file. Ensure it reads:

LvarScanFrequency=0

- For some users this value defaults to ``-15`` which causes issues such as low fps, stuttering or crash on load.
 

B) Run with empty community folder

Please try this to rule out any other addon conflicts. To run with a blank community folder without losing your addons:

1. Rename your existing community folder to ``_Community``
2. Create a new ``Community`` folder in its place.
3. Copy only the ``inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600`` folder inside it.
4. Empty your A300 Compatible WASM Folder: 
5. Run the sim and see if same problem persists.

To restore your original folder as follows:

1. Copy the ``inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600`` folder back to ``_Community``
2. Delete the new ``Community`` folder you made
3. Rename the ``_Community`` folder to ``Community``

The liveries are not cross-compatible across versions due differences in model structure.

• Liveries made for FS2020 will work for the Compatible Edition on either sim FS20/24. These liveries will not work on the Premium Edition (FS24).
• Liveries made for Premium Edition (FS24) will only work with that specific edition in FS24 due to the new 'modular simobject' structure used. These liveries will not work on the Compatible Edition (FS20/24)

If you are downloading the liveries from the iniManager, please make sure you have installed the appropriate livery for the version of A300 you're using.

Hello,

   I just installed the a300-600 Premium version and it cashes when loading. Sometimes the crash happens when I mouse over the plane from the aircraft selection screen. Other times it happens after I select my departure and arrival airport and click Fly....  

   I do not use FSUIPC

    I want to try the solution above but when I get to step 3 (copy the a300 folder to the new Community folder) I get the error "Your organizations does not allow you to place this file here".  I have three inibuilds a300 folders (inibuilds-a300-aal-074, inibuilds-a300-ups-149, and inibuilds-aircraft-a300).  All three produce the sames error.

Also, I realize I posted this in the wrong forum. Sorry. My problem had to do with the premium version not the compatible version.
