the problem is the file of addon: fsuipc-ivar-module

Also for me, fsuipc-ivar-module is the addon that causes a ctd when used with the a300.

I get this, but I don't have fsuipc installed

edit: Oh but I do have the fsuipc addon still in my community folder. I'll deleted it and try, but I'm in the middle of a flight so it will be a few hours

To summarize below so you don't have to read the whole thing.  I had issues too with the premium edition and I use FSUIPC, but I am able to use the aircraft.

1. Initial load, it took a long time from when I hit fly to when the sim loaded. This only happened the first time.  I loads fast now (could be like how MSFS2020 had long load times when you first used a new aircraft

2. First time I loaded the aircraft into the sim, the controls were dead.  I couldn't even turn on the batteries.  I couldn't even get my throttles to show up in the Throttle calibration.  After restarting the sim, everything works and continues to work on repeated tests.

3. Hitting ESC and selecting RELOAD causes the sim to immediately stop responding.  Selecting MENU works perfect.  This still continues to be a small problem

4. I am using the latest update for the MSFS2024 (the update from 12/11/2024), the A300 (I just purchased and installed it today from INIbuilds 12/11/2024), and FUSIPC (7.5.0)

 

So I too had the problem with A300 Premium pretty much being dead in the water.  When I clicked to start the flight, it did take a REALLY long time for the sim to load up.  It sat playing the loading animation with the circle in the lower right spinning.  I thought the sim was frozen, but if I hit ESC, it brought me back to the free flight menu.  I use FSUIPC to set my controls (Now that I am getting to know how to use the build in control system, and that it can be set to each specific aircraft, I am probably going to stop) and it is required for the ACARS for my VA.  When it did finally load, I tried setting control bindings through FSUIPC and nothing was responding.  When I went into the Throttle calibration menu on the EFB, it showed now input.  Then when I clicked on buttons, the sim did nothing.  I couldn't even open the cockpit door.  I could move the camera around and go in and out of the aircraft, so the sim was not frozen.  I then hit ESC and hit the Reload button.  This caused the sim to crash.  I restarted the simulator and now everything seems to be working fine.  I was even able to calibrate some controls through FSUIPC and it seems to be working.  I then hit reload and it immediately froze the sim.  Subsequent trials seems to show that reloading the flight causes the sim to freeze.  It goes back to menu just fine.

 

 

Well, I was actually, wrong.  Going back to the main menu, it does freeze.  I had this issue with the ATR that I was using for my VA.  So, as people pointed out, this has to be an issue with FSUIPC.  

The freezing on exit is something we're aware of and have communicated (quite exhaustively) over the past 24 hours since release. It relates to networking and will affect apps like FSUIPC/vpilot/Simbrief/etc. Essentially, anything that uses simconnect or the networking api. We are trying to find a workaround but in the mean time the only way to fully exit the sim is to kill the process via task manager.
While this may not be the most elegant solution, we felt it was a better alternative to limiting the ability to use these applications with the A300.

Same problem here, sim freeze just after few seconds. So, when fix? FSUIPC certainly is not the culprit since only this plane is affected

I can confirm, FSUIPC triggers the problem if used. fsuipc-lvar-module removed, ongoing flight now

 

Maybee it would be interesting which Hardware and Tools are connected via FSUIPC7 ....

As I understand the Premium version is the same as the Compatible version. So that's mean the problelems also the same? 

So to add liveries need to do that manually.

I had a freeze during I entered the STAR RILA2A via AMIKI for ILS RWY 28 LSZH.
It happened during a fliglt from EDDP at 24000 ft during climb.

Anyone has similar issues?

Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently? Please try the flight again and select same procedure. Does it happen again?

If yes, please include your OFP in full, as well as the variant (GE/PW +PAX/F) and livery used so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end. thanks!

Same issue here. Tried with both GE (FedEx) and PW (UPS) variants multiple but keeps freezing when I go to enter STAR on the FMS. Only noticed the issue today, I was able to complete flights over the previous week.  

Hello, tried again same sequence and got MSFS2024 froze again
Following the details:
- A300-600F PW UPS offcial inibuilds livery

- Default EDDP on ground stand 503

- Loaded preset with APU

- Imported simbrief flightplan from EDDP to LSZH (using LSZH from MK studios)

- Imported the simbrief flightplan and load configuration via FMC Acars.

- Selected the RWY 26L for EDDP departure and EDDP1S SID (since last time ATC gave me this SID instad of NEVK2N)

- Removed the manual point into f-pln and also the following discontinuity point

- Selected the RWY 28 for LSZH arrival STAR RILA2A via AMIKI

when push to insert to validate the arrival procedure the MSFS2024 freeze as you can see in the attached picture.
I also attache the OFP of this flight.

I've been enjoying flying A300 premium but today my A300 freezes at PANC airport minutes or so after  starting aligning IRS. I tried different location at the airport with the same result! I tried 3 time in the row. Entire view of cockpit freezes while sound still works

Update: freezing seems like due to conflict with Just Flight RJ

I Never used Just Fligh RJ and still the same freeze issues 😞

i bought the A300 premium today and it freeze my sim when i enter into the cockpit. i can't do anything.

FSUIPC is not installed on my sim by the way....

I'm still disappointed at this time 😭

Idon't have the A300 but the freezing when selecting ILS28 into LSZH also happens in other inibuilds aircraft like the A330 for me and many others flying into LSZH, but not in other msfs default aircraft like the pc-24

i think i've found the problem source for me, i have AUTOFPS mod installed...When i launch a flight WITH AUTOFPS activated, my sim freeze with the A300 when i'm entering into the cockpit view ! 

 

Without AutoFPS activated it doesn't freeze and everything looks to work great 🙂
