No visible Dome light

Featured Replies

When using the related switch to dim, storm or bright the dome panel stays nearly unlighted. Any comments are welcome.

Just want to add that I use the Lufthansa livery. Have not done a test with another one.

Hi @Norwenkel

On the A330 there are effectively 2 switches for Dome Lights control:

  • CTL Switch turns the Dome Lights ON or OFF.
  • STORM / BRT / DIM controls the various brightness levels of Dome Lights when the CTL switch is ON.

The lights are confirmed working on all the planes. However in some instances they may not show because of streaming issues.

You may try to reload the aircraft, or force a re-download of the package by following these steps:

Thanks!

Thanks a lot for your response.

Both switches are in the on/bright position and secondly the packages has been deleted and reloaded. The switches are lid during night flight and readable but the head panel itself stayed dark. I know it’s just a minor issue but … immersion is immersion.
Keep on simming and regards out of germany

I've noticed, and this is a sim wide issues, that certain lights don't turn on unless the sim considers it to be night outside.
