Hello,

Try clearing you "work" folder for respective aircraft you're having issues with. That is found here:

Steam:

%APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2024\

MS Store:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\

Thank you

Hello

Loading Simbrief flight plans does not work for me either. Although ‘SimBrief Plan Requested’ appears, everything remains empty.

I have already deleted any files in the ‘Work’ folder as described. Unfortunately this has not helped.

I have this problem with all iniBuilds planes.

(For your information: loading Simbrief works in the Fenix A320)

Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks for your help!

Greetings
Joël

Hi there,

I'd Tried cleaning this folder but no dice. It looks like this bug are related to 3rd partie liveries. When using the default A330-200 liveries, it work just fine. Any other downloaded from Flightsim.to did not work. also the instrument views are broken in all this liveries. It shows outside the cockpit when pressed. Looks like they used the A330-300 paint kit, or the paint kit have some issue.

Hello I am also having this issue. I tried clearing the work folder and changing the simbrif username to numbers only. Didn't work unfortunately. I am having this issue with default liveries as well.

Hello,

I've attempted to reproduce on my own system as well as others and can't seem to get the same result. There could be some connection issue with the servers that are preventing this at the time you are trying to import. Perhaps try to force a re-download of the aircraft package. And if you haven't tried, using only your simbrief ID (NUMBERS); if you have tried this, try emptying it to reset it, then input the ID numbers again.

I have been able to fix my problem. It was my mistake.

I always entered the Simbrief-username and not the Pilot ID. It works with the Pilot ID.

The Pilot-ID can be found in the account setting on Simbrief (8-digit number).
