I suggest that iniBuilds staff will read and respond to posts here on this forum.

I see some important topics without any feedback from iniBuilds.

T33 community is rather small and there are really max a few posts per week, it is not so challenging to give short feedback to those.

The best way to kill T33 project is to keep silence and do not communicate with those who purchased

T33 and are able to give valuable feedback.

Hi there,

Apologies if you have felt its been radio silent. We will make sure to ramp up responses to T-33 inquires, however like mentioned before, we do read everything and take it into account for future iterations of the product, so rest assured that whatever feedback is given is being relayed to the developers despite the lack of a response. But like mentioned, I'll personally try to respond a lot more.

Thank you!

Just to be clear "Eddie", the "system" as it's been set up here on the forum by Inibuilds simply doesn't work. very well....at least in my opinion anyway.  Customers who purchase a product through an online developer expect a direct contact point with that developer. Communicating with a developer through some intermediary who has a rubber stamp that reads "Your input is important to us and has been forwarded to the team" simply doesn't feed the pussycat.
I can't speak for others but I will tell you emphatically that my personal experience with Inibuilds has been far less than satisfactory. In fact I have gone from wanting to help make the product a better product all the way down to uninstalling the T33 and writing off what I paid for it.
Sorry to be so negative, and I wish you luck going forward, but I'll be moving on to more productive activity concerning any involvement I have with the flight simulation industry.
Sincerely,
Dudley Henriques

Inibuilds produces addons that are, in part, of outstanding quality. Before buying the T-Bird I had the Bf-108 and I find them both VERY impressive regarding model and textures, also the 108s sound is very accurate as are the samples used in the T-33, at least to my ears. Some nice features and gimmicks, a little extra on some procedures, but (and a big but to me) a lot of stuff feels unfinished and at least in the 108 was never corrected despite being reported in this forum.

With some more development and attention to detail both planes could be MUCH better and I sincerely hope that the "PREMIER" slogan put on the addon discussed here will have something more to it than the claim of real-pilot feedback, authenticity of behaviours (that is not achieved yet) and a higher price.

Inibuilds, if you're reading, I am sorry for being so naggy. The market is full of developers producing half-hearted mediocre planes just on the effect of great visuals and I sense you could do much better. Please hear us, this will make us fly those addons for years to come instead of just a few hours until they are pushed in the dusty corners of our virtual hangars, thanks! I'd gladly even pay a little more for that.

Hi again,

@Dudley Henriques While I understand your frustration, these forums are not meant for addressing concerns or such. We have a contact page that takes you directly to support that is able to help you a lot more hands on; https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact. These forums are to share issues/suggestions/feedback for the community and we do our best to respond and help/address whatever the topic may be. I am not a developer, nor is the rest of the moderation/community team. Our job on most issues is to forward concerns or issues to the developers, that's how it works in most studios. Regardless, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured but again, please use our contact page for direct contact with the team. Thank you

@Marko93 Thank you for your kind words, Marko. I assure you we hear you. Our team is VERY busy with a lot of projects at the moment; that may give off the impression that we've given up on certain products. Unless directly communicated, that isn't the case. We hope you'll continue to enjoy our products going forward!

Thank you gentlemen.

Hi Eddie;

Perhaps our "communication issue" is at least partially my fault. Until today I had totally missed your direct contact link and believed your only source of communication was here through this forum. I never actually saw the Inibuilds main page until now.
I think part of our little "problem" is that I was not not seeking help from Inibuilds at all but rather seeking to be of help to you with the T33. I see now that might not have been a good idea from the start as I was offering said help without having been asked for it. For that I apologize.
Anyway FWIW, as a safety advisor to our airshow industry I naturally know many of our pilots. I had spoken with Greg on the phone about the T33 and what you were doing with it. I had some ideas I thought would be helpful in marketing the plane on our industry end and since I liked what Inibuilds had already done with the product and since I had a degree of hands on experience flying high performance airplanes naturally I thought I might be able to contribute a few ideas to make the T33 even better than it is.
I am extremely sorry our communication fell short of accomplishing anything but a back and forth on company policy.
Please accept my best wishes for Inibuilds and for the T33.

Thank you gentlemen.

Thanks for your response.

I am sure you are busy with different projects, but maybe this is a part of the problem. I am not pleased with the spirit all around that is releasing products which are not yet working as they should and many times are advertised as if they are. Sometimes I wonder if one should call it early access when it needs several months of tinkering around and a few patches until every feature is in place, and sometimes it will never be.

You've advertised this plane to be developed in direct contact with a real-life T-33 pilot and your trailer lets us believe that his feedback was a centerpiece of your efforts to make it as accurate as possible, with correct system behaviour and flight dynamics.

I know that MSFS can be a piece of work as I've been the main consultant on the FlyingIron Bf-109 and have seen what kind of workaround it sometimes needs to get a part of the plane to work as it should... but as this addon is advertised as "Premier" I kind of expect most of the things to be rather accurate, which some aren't yet.

About the support - I have now created a ticket with the stuff I've posted here, but to me the question arises why the support page exists at all in this forum at all when it dooesn't get taken into account?
