trying to download free deliveries but cant?

Is there a trick to download the free deliveries? I press the accept&download but it wont download for any delivery or is the site down?

Do you mean the free repaints? Please try again, it may have been a server issue at our end or an internet issue at yours.

It's definitely server issue, trying to download livery for few hours now and still no luck - it either stops after downloading 4MB, shows HTTP ERROR 504 or shows ServiceUnavailable.

Me too, says 'Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file, click here to learn why'. Even though email is linked and never had a problem.

ok so im not alone then... lol it must be a server issue then, ill just keep trying til i can download the liveries... Hopefully Inibuild is aware and will fix it soon

We are aware of the issue, it appears there is an issue with the hosting. 

The team are aware and working to get it back online ASAP.

This is getting ridiculous now lol, still ongoing.

Yep, already taking two complete days of it, still can't download anything

Unfortunately, we're one of the very few customers still affects by the outage. We've seen the rest of our servers come back online, but our main server that covers liveries is still down. Apologies.

We've received the following update from our provider:

"Multiple teams are now engaged in working to mitigate the issues for a subset of Spaces in our AMS3 region. At this time, hardware swaps and augments are in progress and this work will continue for some time. Due to the nature of the issue, we do not have a clear ETA, but best estimates indicate this work should be finished in approximately six hours.

After the hardware work is completed, users should begin to see improved error rates and Spaces functionality. We understand this has been a long process and appreciate your continued patience."

Thank you again for your continued patience. Once this issue is resolved, we'll be exploring ways to ensure this downtime doesn't happen again.

Thank you Sam by providing fastly news about the issue, now, i could download some liveries, maybe it's already ok.

Our main download servers are coming back online. Downloads across our services should be returning to normal.
