Since the latest update, after about 10 min. of flight, the engines and ecams shut off and the plane spirals out of control. There is nothing abnormal going on before this.

You have a fuel mixture command mapped somewhere in your controls.

As mentioned by Luke, please cross check your control bindings, in particular relating to mixture/fuel controls. Also ensure you have disabled all assists from the Assistance Options (Piloting Section), especially items like "Automixture".
