Just purchased KJFK airport yesterday.  I am experiencing random drops in FPS from around 110fps to 15fps about every 30 seconds or so.  This happens even when in the cockpit, not moving or changing camera views.  The drop is momentary, only lasting about a second in time.  I have removed the Asobo JFK, turned off/deleted rolling cache, set my LOD to 100 and deleted my scenery cache and index files as recommended.   Prior to installing KJFK, my frames typically run around 100-110fps.

I have also turned of all of the optional settings in the inbuilds configuration for JFK.

Any thoughts on what might be causing the momentary drops in FPS every 30 seconds or so?

It appears MSFS is having some kind of server issue according to Avsim.  I assumed it was KJFK since I just installed it last night, and began having the issue this morning when I tried it for the first time.  The pauses are happening with all aircraft at multiple airports.

Yes, the stuttering can be caused by bad/missing Bing data. MS were temporarily having a Bing Data Outage at the time, but should be resolved now. Thanks!
