dirkn Posted May 25 Posted May 25 I installed the A320neo V2 after updating to SU15 but it is not shown in the aircraft list. I restarted MSFS after clearing the Community folder completely but still no A320neo V2 in the list.
Stathis21 Posted May 25 Posted May 25 (edited) A320neo v2 should be in the Official/Steam folder and not in the Community one! Thats why you cannot "see" it. Edited May 25 by Stathis21
dirkn Posted May 25 Author Posted May 25 It is not in the community folder. I did the install with MSFS 2020 , so I assume it was installed in the right place where all the other asobo airplanes are.. In the Content Manager, it is marked as installed, but I cannot see it in the Aircaft Selection list.

Also check in your 'Packages/Official' folder if you have a folder named 'microsoft-aircraft-a320neo' This is what it should appear as: Thanks! Reaver Posted June 18 Posted June 18 Hi I am using the Steam version and have the same problem. The a320neo v2 is not displayed in the aircraft list. The a310 and the normal a320neo are displayed correctly. Even deleting the a320neo v2 from the content manager and downloading it again did not help. I also manually deleted the add-on from the official folder and let the sim reload the files during the startup process without success. I also tried to delete the whole configuration folder under C:\Users\******\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator and I noticed that the a310 is also no longer displayed even if I download it again via the content manager. The a310 is still displayed as up to date in the content manager and is also in the official folder like the a320neo v2, but is no longer in the selection list of aircraft in the simulator. Please help me, as I have read about this problem in other forums, but there seems to be no solution. I have 100+ other add-ons for the sim and none of them cause such problems. Of course, I have also tested with an empty community folder and without the enhanced Package.
richboy2307 Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Hi @Reaver This was a simulator bug that caused certain content to not appear on the sim. Per Microsoft, this has now been resolved. You can read more about it here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/resolved-missing-marketplace-items-after-latest-update-june-2024/646029/62 Thanks! 1 Vrishabh Sehgal ( @Richboy2307 ) Community Team Member & Tester IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
