April 23, 20242 yr Once I have powered up the aircraft, I have selected "My Flight" on the EFB, and when clicking "Import from Simbrief", I get the response "Error:Unknown User ID". I have input my Simbrief user number in Settings, and am wondering why it is not recognising it, and not allowing my flight plan to be imported.
May 31, 20241 yr Hi, When I click the EFB button "import from Simbrief", I got systematically the error message "Aircraft ICAO code incorrect"-A20N" My flightplan is done with the following data What is wrong. Thanks for support.
June 3, 20241 yr Staff Hi @echopapa Had you dispatched an A320neo flight before this? Coz it seems it was still trying to pull an old/previous OFP you may have dispatched for the A20N. This may be due to server issues. Alternatively, you should also verify the type in your dispatched OFP in the 'ATC Flight Plan' section. If that is showing as A306, then I recommend you erase your Simbrief ID on the EFB, then re-enter to try again. Thanks! August 18, 20241 yr I have the same question/error, but I entered my correct SimBrief alias (username). I also did a complete reinstall, but it seems to have remembered my previous SimBrief username entry somewhere. Is there a way to delete all the settings for the A300 in the sim? Perhaps a clean entry from scratch will solve the problem.

January 29, 20251 yr First time I have encountered this (Flight Plan Aircraft ICAO Code) fault. Re-entered both my Simbrief and Navigraph ID's...no change. Cannot import a Simbrief flight plan. Any other ideas? Anyone else seeing this issue recently? I've also tried changing the ICAO codes in the Simbrief Plan as well as the codes in the Saved Aircraft file. No luck.
