Problem with A300-600R in X-Plane 12

Recently the A300-600R stop working. I reinstalled it, and my activations exceeded.
Direct ticket i cannot create because of error.

Also there is no liveries in inimanager for X-Planes A300

Liveries have been removed from the IniManager.  You need to download them manually from the link below:

Nice, but it useless, because i ran out of my activations

I understand that i should contact the direct support. But when i try to make the ticket, it gives me error

What a perfect support. The best support in the whole x-plane community (no).

Its ridiculous - one week no fix to the AIRAC issue for both planes. I love these birds but if there is no support behind them then what's the point?

Why don't you fix the problem with the A300 for XP 12? A whole week has passed and there is still no support. The livery has been removed by the manager. However, you aren't in a hurry to take the planes off sale for XP.

The updates are in testing, will hopefully be available this week 🙂
