TCA quadrant hdg also manipulates speed

Changing hdg using the TCA built in hdg knob also decreases speed in the fcu.

Bindings. Check them all.

i have no bindings on the quadrant, besides those that come WITH the quadrant (hdg/spd/alt) dial. And i´m pretty sure it worked until one of the recent updates. 

It also works with all my other addons, so i would think the problem is on inibuilds end. But i will of course take a look.
