KMDT (Harrisburg) Question/Issue

I downloaded the Sierrasim Harrisburg Scenery and when I load in the gates aren't properly named and look to be in odd position. Am I missing something here? I don't have a GSX profile installed for this airport. Any help would be appreciated!

For what it's worth, I tried multiple times to reach out to SierraSim since their KMDT release last fall with no response to email or through their official support form on their website. I recommend using the newer and MUCH better Xometry version instead.
