"THR" not reverting to armed (blue) after target N1 on takeoff

Hey there,

THR FMA stays green when after the engines reached T/O thrust it should become blue, reverting to "armed" status.

FCOM 1.03.20

Can be verified via a Just Planes (albeit) A310 takeoff @ Boston.
