I think this would be a neat addition to come with the paid EPIC mod expansion.  This would make AAL ops much more realistic.

I attached a photo of an AAL 757/767 mechanical checklist for close-up modeling/texturing reference, and then the AAL A300 FCOM reference for A300 specific mechanical checklist items.

For the operation of it, I will attach this video I found of one in the 737.  It works the same way.
