Movement is visually jittery (ghosting while panning around)

This is perhaps difficult to describe, but while using the A300 and panning around the visuals are very ghosted....almost like if someone had too much alcohol and I've never seen this behavior with any other aircraft in MSFS. Is anyone else having this issue? 

The odd part is that this doesn't happen all the time, but when it does occur it will last the majority, if not all, of the flight. I don't know if the drone camera, GSX or something else is triggering this...but again I've never had this happen with any other aircraft in the sim.  PMDG, Fenix, etc. 

System specs:

i9-13900k, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, Nvidia RTX 4080

Mh, I don't really think this is a plane but rather a sim issue. Especially if you didn't see it in the A310..
