I'll just fictional values to explain the problem:

According to the EFB, the ZFWCG was 26% and the GWCG 29%. Payload & Fuel was loaded into the aircraft via the EFB.

When entering the ZFWCG of 26% in the FMS, the FMS & ECAM showed the same GWCG of 26%, which cannot be the case with fuel in the tanks.
During the flight, when the aircraft starts to pump fuel into the trim tank above FL200, the CG moved to the back, which is correct.
So the calculation between the ZFWCG and the GWCG seems to be wrong, or even missing on the ground.
