When flying into JFK for ILS22R it does not line you up with the runway. If I recall it is setting you up to land on "Y" taxiway.

The ILS to 22R is an offset localizer- it is supposed to bring you in at an angle. ILS 22L is aligned with the runway. This allows ATC to use both runways for arrival simultaneously.

I have the same problem with ILS 22R. I fly with the FBW A320neo or with the Horizon B787-9.

The direction is incorrect. I use the version 1.1.0 with all MSFS Sim-/World-/City-Updates and Navigraph.

Yes, I found it. The approach is an offset approach (2.5 degrees), so it’s absolutely correct.
