Unable to purchase in the iniManager application !!!!

When I try and purchase an item in the iniManager then I see an error in red stating my email and password do not match... the cart won't opens too...

Logging out of the ini application and logging back won't fixed the issue !!!! Install and uninstall app won't fixed the issue !!!!

Login in web store browser is fine....

Please fixed this !!!

Hi @Thorsten

If you are getting the "email & password do not match" error, please logout in the manager then log back in again.

 

Click on your name on top left corner to access the settings and log-out.

 

You can also rescan your sim library from here after you log-in to restore the download status of your products.
