How do you manage fuel , I'm at 35,000 feet and out of CG because of fuel balance... any clue ?

Nop, only when I'm looking in tool bar, but for what I know maybe it was out of CG at takeoff... not sure about what to take as number for the FMS,  it is requesting ZFWCG, so is it the number in EFB after all added or I need to take CG before adding fuel (alway 28% without fuel, maybe just a coincidence)
