Elevators not animating in VR

As per the title I've got a real weird one for you - the elevators don't animate but only in VR. Switching between VR and flatscreen on the same flight, they animate fine in flatscreen but not VR. They still function as expected however so it's not a big issue as it doesn't impact flying the aircraft at all just a bit weird. Doesn't matter if you're view is internal or external, only if you're in VR or not.

Forgot to mention that I noticed this issue a bit ago but I had gone a bit mod crazy and MSFS was playing up in a few other ways so I did a full reinstall cleaning out all settings and mods. This fixed most of the other issues but this one remained.
