Problem with JFK and Gates

Bought JFK on 4/29 thru the MS app store in msfs2020 and seem to be having a gate problem, all seem to be default versions rather than the custom gates provided by you.

Btw, this happened before when I bought London Heathrow through Microsoft but never when buying directly.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated, Darryl

I already removed the handcrafted airport and erased the airport index's before installing.
