Hi

Please have a look at your smoke effect file. Yesterday I found on MSFS forum that many peoples, myself included, have big fps drop with the smoke effect from 40 fps to 17. Someone suggested to remove the smoke effect file and that fix the problem. I did it and now it's much smoother. So something is wrong with this file.
