inimanager freezing when I click on any of "My Products"

I just opened inimanager to see if there was an update for Queenstown required, and it said new version downloaded, will be installed when you restart.  I closed down inimanager, it loaded back up, and I opened it.  Now whenever I click on one of my products in the "My Products" section, the program stops responding completely.  I need to use Windows Task manager or the taskbar to close it down.
