Checked in the forum and confirmed I've already disabled EGGL content from MSFS/Aaobo, still seeing the lines.

I also have Zinertec enhanced runway markings package.  I removed it from the Community folder, still seeing dual lines.

Any other packages I might have that are causing the issue?  I do not have any freeware EGLL items installed

Without knowing what else is in your Community folder, it's rather hard to say withother packages to remove. You can try to rename your Community Folder to CommunityX or whatever and just have EGLL in your Community folder and see if that fixes your issue 🙂

I had the same issue and in my case, it was the LVFR Static Aircraft addon that was causing the dual taxiways and ramp lines.

If you have this addon, please delete, not disable, the MSFS/ Asobo EGLL scenery and the LVFR Static Aircraft addon and see if that helps.
