Performance Calculator in EFB Does Not Operate

I have been flying the A310 for several weeks and thoroughly enjoy the model.  I have encountered a problem with the takeoff performance calculator, however.  Although I carefully enter all the values necessary to perform the calculation of my V speeds and flex temperature and the calculate button appears to light up, nothing happens when I click that button.  Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong or a fix if I've got it right?

Hi,

It seems you used an incorrect value for the altimeter setting, reading 1016 inHG, but that's out of range. A value like that is within range when using hPa as unit. Maybe that caused the problem.

Good call.  Corrected the altimeter to in. and all in now fine.
