Few more sound enhancements

Hey guys,

I got a few more improvements for the sounds:

- missing flaps drag (mainly cabin)

- missing spoilers drag

- missing jetblast behind the engines (exterior) at high thrust

Furthermore I agree on the opinion of other users regarding the CF6 characteristics. It only helps to compare videos and enhance the engine sounds even more.
