Hello, I've been trying to download the update for the past few days from the store account page and it's been super slow (like 50-70kbs) and eventually always fails. I had not had this problem with the first version so what gives? Any other download source available? Thanks!

Hello,

We have had multiple reports of people having issues with Swisscom and with downloading from our store, could you confirm which provider you use? This can also be done in a private message if you are not comfortable with sharing it publicly ofcourse! 

As a temporary fix you could also try using a VPN to see if this solves the issue, this has worked for the other people who experienced this issue!

If I've understood correctly, your internet connection (no VPN in use) is handling the download rather slowly.

If you'd like to try downloading using a VPN, I'd recommend ExpressVPN and setting the location to Amsterdam as it is the location of our download server.
