Good day, Thank you for all your hard work and dedication especially during these trying times. I saw the OTHH topic but wans't sure how he fixed it because i have the same issue with the GSX profile for OTHH, was there before along with other profiles but after the update, everything was gone.

Hello. Could you provide some additional information as to the issue you are experiencing with OTHH?

The Jetways don't show even after multiple installs of the scenery and gsx profile from IB.

Could you attach a picture of your GSX customization menu? You can view this menu by loading into the scenery at the stand that should have jetway.

After that, open the GSX menu by pressing "Control + F12". Once that menu opens up, look for the very bottom option that mentions a customization menu and click it. This will open a white box, please send us a screenshot of this box.

Click "Jetway Exclude Radius" and ensure it is set to one meter and the jetway will show.

Only one jetway shows, the inibuilds file i downloaded from ini gave me two gates or has things changed?

Hello Ols. Thanks for your patience as we looked into this. Are you using Prepar3D v5 and/or our scenery compatibility file?

I didn't see your compatibility file on the list just the gsx profile that I used before and it worked then because it gave two glass Jetways but after a few updates to gsx I lost both until yesterday when you fixed it. I truly grateful for the support and service of your products. Happy holidays.
