I have noticed that selecting the STAR, transition, APP and transition does not populate to the FPLAN.  Insert is missing.  I have had to manually construct a couple of arrivals. 

If I press 6LSK (where INSERT would be) it automatically up selects the APP and totally deletes the STAR.

Repeatable.

Take a look at KCLT/18L WEAZL4 CLAWD DCT HVQ DCT KCRW/23

First, the ILS is selected but there is NO insert prompt.

Then the FP does not have the correct APP WP

The DB has the data as I am able to manually create the APP without issue-

That looks like a scenery/navdata issue to me. Please remove any custom scenery you have for KCRW, or if you don´t have any, remove Navigraph folders from your community folder.

I can select without an issue:

ORBX and Navigraph (but I thought the A310 used the DEFAULT Navdata?)- will follow up with them

It does use the default Navdata, yes. But some Data does seem to conflict with it.
