Thanks for the report, I've found the right chart and the information has been sent to our scenery team to be implemented
-
Hi there, a screenshot of your graphics and traffic settings please and we'll see if any of those are the culprit
-
Thanks, we've logged this and will fix it
-
Just to keep you updated, this is logged internally and we are working on it; but I don't have a timeframe for the fix, if possible, at this time
-
Hi Ellis, any errors involving mkdir are likely to be permissions related. Please try running the iniManager as admin before attempting to install through the iniManager. If your issue still persists, please open a ticket with out direct support
-
Thanks Smitty, I'll be logging these internally

Hi there, Are you able to share any screenshots of further issues and specific locations of them? As for the area in your screenshot, this is a result of flattening the photogrammetry in the area. We will keep looking into it, but with the tools available to us at this time, we are unable to fix that exact issue. Thanks

Hi Dave, Optional statics are not currently something in our immediate plans for our scenery products.
-
Hi there! This is certainly an interesting one! I don't have a fix for you right now unfortunately, I have passed this onto our scenery team and will get back to you if they have any resolution
-
Thanks, Until DX12 is out of beta, I would recommend running DX11 and seeing if that alleviates any issue
-
Hi there, I've replied in your other post here, we'll continue this discussion there 🙂

Hi, We have made extensive steps throughout the development process to optimise frame rates where we can. As more tools become available to us or as we learn new techniques to squeeze every last frame out of our scenery products we can, we will aim to go back through and apply them where practicable to our other products. If you wouldn't mind posting a screenshot of your graphics settings as well, so we can take a look. I do notice there that you have DX12 enabled. Until it is out of beta, we would recommend sticking with DX11.

I myself have a somewhat similar rig to yourself (5800X3D, RX6700XT, 32 GB RAM etc) and have next-to-no stutters; nor have a number of our testers and media partners with equally similar specs. This is making it a bit hard for us to track down the exact cause. Equally, I don't know if you're using it or not; but there have been reports of the FSLTL traffic injector causing low FPS in the Fenix, which may also be an explanation. If you wouldn't mind posting a screenshot of your graphics settings, we can see if there's any tweaks we can make

Hi Tony, Venice Beach will be a separate (free) add-on released hopefully later this week

For all with scenery loading issues, here are some steps to try. Please do let me know if they work for you, or if you're still having issues. Delete your Content.xml file at `%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache` * At the same location, delete the contents of the `SceneryIndexes` folder. Clear your rolling cache, or any manual cache you have of the area. Ensure your scenery is installed into the correct location (Community folder) * after doing this, if you use Navigraph navdata, you may need to re-run the Navigraph navdata downloader

Hi Dennis, We are aware of this issue, as of this current moment, it's not something we can fix fully with the tools available to us. We've smoothed it out, and marked that section of taxiway as inop, so AI traffic and ATC shouldn't route people across it. It's something we're keeping our eyes on, and the second it's practicable for us it'll be fixed

Hi there, No specific specifications are published, just keep in mind it's a complex scenery in a high photogrammetry area. We've been seeing similar performance between LAX and EGLL V2
-
Hi there! It will be submitted to the Asobo Marketplace; but there is a significant lead time between submitting a product and getting it approved. For instant availability and best prices, we recommend purchasing direct through our store

Hi Maarten, The next version of the iniManager is in development, which should bring full XP12 support. For now, please contact direct support and they will provide you with the XP12 files https://inibuilds.com/contact

Hi there! In order to access charts on the EFB you need to install the AviTab plugin, and the associated .json file for it to work. Linked here, is how you do that

Hi there, we're not quite at the point where we're announcing the final feature set for our A310 for MSFS, so I hope you understand when I say that I can't answer your question at this time; but I'm sure when the list is released, you'll be able to find it here!
