    Bad FPS

Thanks, Until DX12 is out of beta, I would recommend running DX11 and seeing if that alleviates any issue
  2. Hi there, I've replied in your other post here, we'll continue this discussion there 🙂

    LOD optimisation

Hi, We have made extensive steps throughout the development process to optimise frame rates where we can. As more tools become available to us or as we learn new techniques to squeeze every last frame out of our scenery products we can, we will aim to go back through and apply them where practicable to our other products. If you wouldn't mind posting a screenshot of your graphics settings as well, so we can take a look. I do notice there that you have DX12 enabled. Until it is out of beta, we would recommend sticking with DX11.

    Bad FPS

I myself have a somewhat similar rig to yourself (5800X3D, RX6700XT, 32 GB RAM etc) and have next-to-no stutters; nor have a number of our testers and media partners with equally similar specs. This is making it a bit hard for us to track down the exact cause. Equally, I don't know if you're using it or not; but there have been reports of the FSLTL traffic injector causing low FPS in the Fenix, which may also be an explanation. If you wouldn't mind posting a screenshot of your graphics settings, we can see if there's any tweaks we can make
  5. For all with scenery loading issues, here are some steps to try. Please do let me know if they work for you, or if you're still having issues. Delete your Content.xml file at `%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache` * At the same location, delete the contents of the `SceneryIndexes` folder. Clear your rolling cache, or any manual cache you have of the area. Ensure your scenery is installed into the correct location (Community folder) * after doing this, if you use Navigraph navdata, you may need to re-run the Navigraph navdata downloader
  6. Hi Dennis, We are aware of this issue, as of this current moment, it's not something we can fix fully with the tools available to us. We've smoothed it out, and marked that section of taxiway as inop, so AI traffic and ATC shouldn't route people across it. It's something we're keeping our eyes on, and the second it's practicable for us it'll be fixed
  7. Hi there! It will be submitted to the Asobo Marketplace; but there is a significant lead time between submitting a product and getting it approved. For instant availability and best prices, we recommend purchasing direct through our store
  8. Hm, are you able to try uninstalling and reinstalling Nool?
  9. Hi there, Which stand is this?

  11. Hi there, apologies for the delayed response; but have you been able to replicate this? I just this minute jumped into sim in the BBJ2 and ILS06 worked fine for me
  12. Glad to hear that Mark, enjoy the scenery!
  13. Hi there, If you wouldn't mind just trying two more steps for me, I think we can sort this out. If you attempt to uninstall the default Asobo airports by deleting the folder; they'll be reinstalled on the next sim launch. To uninstall them and not have them reinstalled; you need to do the following steps: 1 - Go to your Profile at the MSFS home screen. 2 - Select Content Manager. 3 - Search "EGLL" in the search bar. This will then either bring up the airport directly, at which point you can click it, the click delete in the bottom right corner. If it instead shows you the premium deluxe upgrade (which EGLL was included with); you need to click that item, then an icon with 3 dots and 3 lines should appear next to it. Clicking that will list everything included with that upgrade; including EGLL. You can then delete it from there following the step above. Finally, for good measure; clear your rolling cache. Options > General > Data > Delete Rolling Cache File Please do try these at your earliest convenience and let me know the results
  14. Thanks, I have a theory there may be something in SU9 that's causing this. If we get more people experiencing the same confirming their sim version to be SU9 we'll know for sure
  15. We undergo extensive testing for all our sceneries, none of us on the testing team nor the development team has had these crashes so we couldn't have foreseen this being an issue, all we ask now is everyone who is affected co-operate with us as we try to get to the bottom of this. Which version of the sim are you running, SU9 or the SU10 beta?
