  1. Moving forwards upon GSX pushback being ready

    When I requested pushback, the plane automatically rushed forward into the terminal. After pushing back onto the taxiway, the plane moved forward again, this time even further. My maintenance worker complained to me about how exhausted he was after walking so far to remove the nose wheel lock. He said the pay for this job was not good.
