I had this issue last night landing also using the BTV the landing distance available was not correct when selecting it on the MFD. I used the EFB landing calculator and it had the right distance.

I had the same issue as well! Only I was 8 hours into a flight. Could click buttons but nothing happened and displays were frozen.
