  1. My collective now seems to be working as expected in SU3 beta but still got the issue with unable to power down. Can go to fuel cutoff and it will remain at 100%, the only thing that will stop it is locking the rotor brake on a full RPM. Disengage it and the rotors will spin up again. Odd...
  2. ...also. Is it meant to be animated in the aircraft selection screen? Mine takes off and flies off the screen...?
  3. Downloaded the latest update, hoping it would fix my FS2024 issues. No different. Full power, full collective and I'm still sitting on the ground. Hit the "auto pilot" switch and it automatically takes off. Once airborne I can shut the engines off and lower collective to zero and I'm still flying, unable to land. Very disappointed.
  4. I have it bound using Soad but, as noted, I get the issue of being unable to take off with full throttle and collective unless I enable the autopilot which does an auto take off. Once in the air I can reduce collective to zero and engines to cut off but still fly. This is just with mouse control of collective and throttle to remove issue with bindings.
  5. I get the same if I use nothing but the mouse to control collective.
  6. That's sort of the point. I did, but even with engine cutoff and zero collective I'm still able to fly and literally unable to get down.
  7. Just tried the 2024 version again in a fresh install of the sim. Still no luck for me. Nothing but the Hunter in the community folder. Can go to full collective and it won't lift off unless I engage the autopilot (which works at engines cutoff too). Similarly, once I'm in the air, I can reduce collective to zero and engines to cutoff and I'm still flying and unable to land. Tried with no peripherals connected, purely mouse control of collective and startup.

  11. As noted, I'm using SPAD for bindings rather than inside of the simulator. Would be grateful if we could get some support feedback on vars and events used so those, like me, that manage bindings outside of the sim can use it properly. Definitely something wrong with my install. I've got zero collective, engines shut off yet still full power and flying... This was just using the mouse to control collective and engines.
  12. Anybody else getting serious collective/power issues in FS2024? I can be on the ground with full collective and it won't lift unless I switch the 'autopilot' on. Likewise, in the air, I can lower the collective to the floor and I'm still up in the sky, unable to get down...? I'm assuming this is because I'm using SPAD to map my bindings rather than natively through FS and probably missing some data values but, without support feedback, I'm still a bit in the dark as to what vars and events to use with this aircraft. Not getting this in FS2020.
  13. You can use its own, inbuilt mission system. As for using it in the career mode missions in FS2024 no - but that's the same as any other 3rd party aircraft at the moment.
  14. AutoPilot is linked to and is using the master_sas variable (0/1) Auto hover is engaged by setting autohover_event to 1 The IHADSS is hdm_active (0/1) APU guard is fo_guard_button_power_apu (0/1) APU button is toggle_apu (0/1) and apu_starter (0/1)
